Privacy Policy

To provide high-fidelity idea validation, Oscar collects specific data points during your interaction with the platform:

• Identity Data: Email address and authentication credentials provided via secure authentication providers.
• Idea Data: Textual descriptions, attached documents, and files you upload for analysis.
• Transaction Data: Subscription status and credit balance (payment processing is handled securely via Polar.sh; Oscar does not store credit card details).

We use your data strictly to perform the requested validation services:

• Analysis: Uploaded ideas and files are processed to generate your validation report.
• Platform Operation: To manage your account, history, and credit balance.
• Communications: To send critical platform updates or respond to support inquiries.

We do not sell your idea data to third parties or use it to train our own proprietary models.

Your analyses are stored securely in our database to provide you with historical access. You may delete any individual idea or your entire account at any time via the dashboard. When an idea is deleted, all associated analysis records and uploaded files are permanently purged from our active storage.

Oscar uses established third-party services to deliver the platform. Each sub-processor receives only the data necessary to perform its function:

• Anthropic: Receives idea content you submit, for analysis generation.
• Supabase: Stores your account data and analysis history.
• Polar.sh: Processes your payment and billing information. Oscar does not store card details.
• Vercel: Hosts and serves the platform. Processes request metadata.
• Resend: Delivers transactional emails to your address.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreement.
