By creating an account or using Oscar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

Oscar provides an AI-powered validation engine for startup ideas. You acknowledge that:

• Reports are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies.
• Verdicts (BUILD, VALIDATE, PIVOT, STOP) are estimates, not guarantees of success.
• Oscar may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

Access to full analysis reports requires valid credits or an active subscription:

• Credits: One credit is consumed per new analysis version.
• Pivots: Each analysis includes a limited number of free pivots (3) as defined by the platform.
• Refunds: Due to the high cost of high-fidelity LLM processing, credits and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once an analysis has been initiated.

You retain all ownership rights to the ideas and files you upload to Oscar. By using the service, you grant Oscar a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your reports.

The "Oscar" brand, logo, analysis frameworks (as implemented), and platform code are the exclusive property of AbsurdIdea.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, attempt to exploit the platform's credits, or engage in adversarial behavior against the LLM infrastructure.
